We bill in 15-minute increments. Unused time? It rolls over to your future projects—for a full year. Use it when you’re ready.

2. Pay First, Play Later. We invoice upfront and apply your purchased hours to your chosen project. Any unused hours roll over for up to 12 months.
3. Running Over? We’ll Talk First. If your project exceeds the estimated time or budget, we’ll always get your go-ahead first. No surprise charges or changes.
4.Your Files, Safely Stored. Final files and deliverables remain accessible for 2 years—plenty of time to download, revisit, or request edits.
